We are seeking a highly motivated and attentive to details Operations Specialist to join our team. Operating in a fast-paced commercial environment, we are looking for candidates with a proven track record in Logistics or Operations, preferably within the trading and distribution industry. As an Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in coordinating business processes, issuing invoices, handling shipping documents, and collaborating closely with the Commercial team, Logistics department, and our Management. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the loading and delivery of containers and vessels, ensuring seamless operations;
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including shipping lines, freight forwarders, insurance companies, suppliers, and customers;
- Manage the entire operational cycle, from arranging shipments to handling documentation;
- Utilize 1C software to prepare contracts, invoices, and shipping documentation as required;
- Arrange and deliver documentation from/to our partners.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Russian;
- Previous experience with container lines, railway and truck deliveries at least 2 years;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work with large volumes of data and information;
- Exceptional memory and the ability to work at a fast pace;
- High adaptability and flexibility in a rapidly changing, high-pressure environment.
